Executive Master of Arts in International Educational Leadership and Change (IELC)
Professor Allan Walker has been active in implementing experimental and innovative approaches to teaching. Allan has developed the IELC with Professor Philip Hallinger. It is the first Executive Master at The Education University of Hong Kong delivered fully on-line. The curriculum and underpinning philosophy of this programme makes it unique in Hong Kong and the region. This programme aims to develop educational leaders with the capacity for effective cross-cultural leadership in their own schools, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
